The Nagaland State Lottery Sambad is drawn three times a day - at 1:00 pm, 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm - with a range or prize sums to be won. It is a daily lottery with a series of prizes being announced at three separate times. Similar lotteries are also held in the other legally permitted states by Dear Lottery.
According to reports, the ₹1 crore first price for the Dear Goose 8 pm Tuesday weekly lottery was won by ticket number 69E 25166. The winning list included nearly 150 ticket sequences with the prize money ranging from ₹120 to ₹1,00,00,000.
Dear lottery works with various state governments to ensure the distribution of traditional paper lotteries and, according to their website, has a turnover of over $2 billion.
