PremiumAfter beginning its operation on the Bhopal-Delhi route, the Vande Bharat Express is all set to start operating on two different routes in Madhya Pradesh on June 27. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch the semi-high-speed train on the Bhopal-Indore route on Tuesday. Other than this, Vande Bharat Express trains on four more routes will also be launched on the same day. Know more about the Vande Bharat Express scheduled to operate on the Indore-Bhopal route.
Indore-Bhopal Vande Bharat Express timing (20911)
The Vande Bharat Express train will start its journey from Indore at 6:30 am and reach Ujjain by 7:15 am. After that, the train will depart from Ujjain for Bhopal by 7:20 am and arrive at its final station by 9:35 am.
Bhopal-Indore Vande Bharat Express train timing(20912)
On the Bhopal to Indore route, the train will depart from Bhopal junction at 7:25 pm, then reach Ujjain at 9:35 pm. The train will reach its final station by 10:31 pm.
Bhopal-Indore Vande Bharat Express ticket price
Passengers have to pay ₹950 for the AC Chair car ticket in the new Bhopal-Indore Vande Bharat Express. They have to pay ₹1525 for the Executive Chair Car per passenger.
The train will complete its journey of 218 kilometers in less than three hours. At present, the fastest-running trains between the two cities are the Bhopal-Dr Ambedkar Nagar Intercity Express and Rani Kamalapati-Dr Ambedkar Nagar Express.
The train will operate for six days a week after its inauguration. The train will not operate on Sundays. It is equipped with world-class facilities including reclining seats, passenger screens, CCTV cameras for safety and security, etc.
