Introduction

As an investor in dividend growth stocks, I search for new investment opportunities in income-producing assets, mainly stocks. I try to add to my existing positions when I find them attractive. I also use market volatility to my advantage by starting new positions

As Vogtle is completed, dividend growth will increase.
I expect a larger increase starting next April. From ~3% increase to 5-7%.

Also SO will become a dividend aristocrat in April of 2026. With that will come a flood of buying from the dividend aristocrat funds.

If interest rates come down that will also make SO more attractive too.
I am holding.
