Windows 11 problem

I recently bought a Lenovo laptop with Windows 11 online from Flipkart. I ama now finding it really difficult to use the system. When I switched it on for the first time, I had to complete the Window 11 setup online. My question is should I format everything and install windows 10?

There are multiple problems -

The Start button on the Taskbar doesn't work, and there is no menu on clicking it.
