Biker held for hitting on-duty traffic cop

THANE: A biker has been arrested for allegedly manhandling an on-duty traffic police constable on Wednesday.
The police said the cop was on traffic management duty at Kapurbawdi circle when she saw the accused riding the bike without a helmet. “She asked him to stop, and he did. However, later he rushed towards her and hit her on her hand,” the police said.
