Briefing on the ongoing Official State Visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the US, India’s Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra on June 23 in USA’s Washington said that the PM received ‘exceptional warmth and hospitality’ by US President Joe Biden. He also recalled the event of PM’s New York visit so far. “PM arrived in Washington yesterday. Before that, he was in New York. He had two main engagements- one was with First Lady on ‘Skilling for Future’, which was organised in a community college, and the second was with President Biden and the First Lady, which was a private engagement. One threat which ran through all the events was exceptional warmth and hospitality that the US President extended to PM,” Kwatra said. PM Modi is on an Official State Visit, which is highly crucial in strengthening the ties between both countries.
