New Blues manager Mauricio Pochettino will have to hit the ground running once the summer window officially opens after inheriting a mess at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea finished a pitiful 12th in the Premier League - their lowest since the 1993/94 season - following a series of errors on and off the pitch.
Pochettino will be keen to bring his own players in to put his stamp on an already oversized squad but equally that may mean several high-profile stars could be on their way out.

“Right and left you have three options. You want to perform because you have to.”
Noni Madueke has shared his excitement at working under new Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino.
He told the Evening Standard: “If he can make me better, I’ll be a very good player.
“That’s exciting. I will never compromise the way I play — my game is already risky as it is. It’s about becoming as effective as I am skilful.
“Young players need a manager that can develop them further. You see Jude [Bellingham] made a move to Real Madrid at 19 years of age. It’s about how good you are. If you’re the best in your position, you play.”

Potential transfer blow for Chelsea, with reports from France claiming Napoli want at least 180million Euros to sell Victor Osimhen this summer.
The Nigerian is one of many top strikers Chelsea are looking at in this transfer window, but given the Blues have financial problems and must sell to buy, it seems unlikely they will be splashing out £150m on Osimhen.
The forward is one of Europe’s best forwards and would undoubtedly have an impact at Stamford Bridge, but the finances appear unrealistic.
