This week, Samsung announced a new collaboration with fitness platform Les Mills, which should benefit Samsung Health users in a great way.

Thanks to this Samsung Health x Les Mills partnership, 14 Les Mills classes are now available for Health users via smart TVs that have the Samsung Smart Hub.

These classes are “exclusively free” to Samsung customers who use 2020-2023 TV models. The only requirement is that the TVs must have Smart Hub and be connected to the internet.

The 14 Les Mills classes include BODYPUMP 118, BODYCOMBAT 93, BODYATTACK 113, and more. Each fitness class is 35 minutes long. And as a bonus, Samsung Health users who do and also use the Galaxy Watch can access performance statistics in real time.

Samsung Health users can take part in a new challenge

Along with these 14 Les Mills exclusively free classes comes a new challenge. Eligible Samsung Smart TV users can sign up for the Les Mills Summer Sizzle Fitness Challenge, which gives them until the end of June to access the “Challenge” feature in Samsung Health and complete 10 Les Mills workouts to win.

Samsung Health Global Product Manager said “We are thrilled to announce the addition of Les Mills to our esteemed roster of partners for Samsung Health on Smart Hub […]. Samsung Health TV users will now have access to an extensive selection of workout options and the renowned fitness classes offered by Les Mills […].”
