    Shares of Ambuja Cements Ltd. slipped 3.01 per cent to Rs 431.45 in Friday's trade as of 01:38PM (IST).

    The stock hit a high price of Rs 444.8 and low of Rs 428.0 during the session.

    The return on equity (ROE) for the stock stood at 8.14 per cent. Traded volume on the counter stood at 01:38PM shares and turnover at Rs 13.27 crore around that time.

    The stock of Ambuja Cements Ltd. quoted a 52-week high and 52-week low prices of Rs 598.15 and Rs 315.3, respectively.

    The Beta value of the counter, which measures its volatility in relation to the broader market, stood at 1.44.

    Promoters held 63.22 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Mar-2023, while foreign investors held 11.16 per cent and domestic institutional investors had 14.42 per cent.

    Key Financials
    The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 8250.45 crore for the quarter ended 31-Mar-2023, up 2.66 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 8036.46 crore and up 3.26 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 7990.34 crore.

    Net profit after tax for the latest quarter stood at Rs 644.94 crore, down 2.11 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
