ACC shares drop 2.46% as Sensex falls

Shares of the ACC Ltd. traded at Rs 1786.45 on BSE at 01:12PM (IST) on Friday, down 2.46 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 1593.5 and a high of Rs 2784.95.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 68.65 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 26.03 per share and 2.22 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 21,605 shares changed hands on the counter till 01:12PM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 33551.95 crore and is part of the Cement - Pan India industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , down 14.52 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 22.38 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 1839.9 and Rs 1779.15.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 50.05 per cent in the company as of 31-Mar-2023. FII and MF ownership in ACC Ltd. stood at 10.06 per cent and 8.9 per cent, respectively.
