We’re going to keep on failing on climate change until governments realise that providing taxpayer-funded incentives to the private sector isn’t going to work. With the clock ticking down to 2030 and our goal of limiting the temperature rise to 1.5 degrees Celsius getting further away, it is time for governments to lead.
