Rally held against child abuse

Coimbatore: ‘Journey for Unity’ was conducted on Wednesday with an aim to spread awareness on prevention of violence against children.
The journey started from Arulmigu Koniamman Temple in Town Hall, followed by a prayer session at Gurudwara Singh Sabha in RS Puram and sessions at Athar Jamaath Masjid in Town Hall and Suparshwanath Jain Temple on R G Street.
Later, ‘Walking Together for Unity’ was conducted to St Michael’s Catholic Cathedral at Town Hall. The journey culminated at Mahatma Gandhi Memorial in Podanur. TNN
