Chandrashekhar Rao refuted accusations made by the bjp and other leaders that maharashtra would go bankrupt if it followed the telangana model, saying that it would be the politicians, not the farmers. He expressed certainty that putting the telangana model into practice will improve the lot of Maharashtrian farmers.

He credited his upbringing for the effective implementation of several welfare programs that benefited all communities, from economically deprived Brahmins to socially marginalized Dalits. "As the son of a farmer, I am aware of the challenges that farmers confront. I was able to solve the problems the folks were having as a result," he stated.

Chandrashekhar Rao envisioned a transition similar to this for maharashtra, emphasizing the state's rich natural resources, especially the source of the krishna and Godavari Rivers. He claimed that despite Maharashtra's wealth, political incompetence caused progress to lag. He promised to build rice mills in maharashtra to process the state's crops and provide farmers with lucrative possibilities. Within two years of founding the administration, he promised an uninterrupted electricity supply and free high-quality irrigation water for Maharashtra's farmers.

According to the BRS President, the number of BRS members in maharashtra has surpassed 10 lakh and would shortly exceed 50 lakh. He reiterated his resolve to growing the BRS party throughout the nation as he thanked farmers and the residents of maharashtra for the resounding support shown at his public gatherings.

He urged the party officials to organise village-level committees to interact with the populace and efficiently spread information, paying particular attention to farmers, women, Dalits, Adivasis, members of the lower classes, and young people.

Aam Aadmi party members from the districts of Latur and Osmanabad, as well as retired IPS officer Vithal Jadhav, actor surekha Punekar, social activists Shekhar Ambekar and Umakant Mangrule, district presidents, and village sarpanches joined the party at this time.
