Patna Meteorological Centre has predicted rainfall, thunderstorm and lightning in the state till Saturday. "Conditions are also becoming favourable for development of thunderstorms due to likely increase in moisture in the air and confluence of hot westerly and moist easterly winds in the region. Accordingly, few districts in the state are likely to witness rainfall along with thundering, and lightning till June 24," said Ashish Kumar, scientist at the Patna Meteorological Centre.
