June 21 is celebrated as International Yoga Day, to spread awareness about the importance of practicing yoga for mindfulness and a healthy lifestyle. On the occasion, actress Neha Sharma shared a video, wherein she is seen practicing yoga. In the video, Neha Sharma is seen decked up in brown training tights, and a bralette, layered with a crop white t-shirt. Sharing the video, Neha Sharma said that yoga helped her in gaining a healthy mind and body, which led to a happy life. “Healthy mind and a healthy body is the key to happy living.. a little post for yoga day appreciation.. #yoga #yogalove,” Neha Sharma said.
