Southern Railway GM inspects Madurai – Trichy section

MADURAI: Southern Railway general manager R N Singh inspected Trichy – Madurai junction section on Wednesday. He also inspected Madurai Junction in the evening.
Singh commenced his inspection from Trichy at 3.15pm and travelled on a self- propelled inspection carriage.
The GM and the team of officials halted at Level Crossing Gate No 205 and carried out the inspection. They also inspected the subway construction work at Level Crossing No 303.
Singh inspected redevelopment work at Madurai Junction. Madurai divisional railway manager P Ananth and senior officials accompanied the GM during the inspection.
