Stockton Rush’s passion for deep-sea exploration turned into a business model once he began to see the oceans as a frontier less trafficked than space. His OceanGate Expeditions seeks to do for the ocean deep what tech titans Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk are doing for the expanse beyond Earth.
