Cincinnati Reds part-owner Larry Sheakley recently listed his Georgian estate in Indian Hill for $7.9 million.

Named "The Oaks,'' the more than 19,000-square-foot house at 8600 Camargo Road has 21 rooms, including eight bedrooms and nine-and-a-half baths, according to the listing from Sibcy Cline Realtors.

It was the most expensive home listed for sale Tuesday in Greater Cincinnati, according to the Multiple Listing Services of Greater Cincinnati.

Sheakley, who owns the Sheakley Group human resources company in Springdale, bought the house and the 17 acres it sits on in 2020 for an undisclosed price, according to the Hamilton County Auditor's website.

The house was appraised at $4,696,240 in 2020, according to the auditor.

The two-story house built in 1997 has two primary bedrooms on the first level, according to the listing.

Amenities include a gourmet kitchen, wine cellar, movie theater, gardening room, sauna and steam room.

The property also includes a pool, pool house, guest house, original 1947 barn with a basketball court, temperature-controlled car barn and even a large chicken coop.
