Quipt Home Medical to list on Toronto Stock Exchange

U.S.-based home medical equipment provider Quipt Home Medical (NASDAQ:QIPT) said on Tuesday that it is set to list its shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange, effective June 21 market open.
The shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.
The company has received the final approval for the uplisting.
Quipt Home Medical said there will be no change in the trading symbol or CUSIP.
The shares will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the symbol QIPT.
QIPT shares were trading -0.93% pre-market on Nasdaq.
