TBW - This does not matter for Apple TV devices. As data is streamed over the net and not written on the storage drive. Besides yes, there are apps stored (4GB total) + obviously the OS and it’s updates from the past year. I’ve installed very few good quality apps (like 10-15) that I use. I don’t use it for games or anything, so basically TBW is irrelevant.
Faster Chip - Yes, I agree it’s faster, but not by a whole lot. Have compared it with my brothers 2022 device.
Apple Care+ - It cannot be transferred on to another device. It can only be transferred between owners of the said device. It’s warranty and it should matter for peace of mind.
“Unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection, each subject to a service fee of ₹1290“ - This is for hardware damage issues. And by any chance a software or faulty hardware issue, then that will be free, like how regular warranty is handled.
Another difference is the Ethernet port, it matters because if you use WiFi you can get connection drops, lag etc. Ethernet wired is always the best, I know out of experience. Initially had bad connection, stutter, lag over WiFi 5Ghz (225Mbps) and the router was about 1.5 meters away. Ethernet cable had solved these issues.
