Truck owner killed in Giridih

Bokaro: A 46-year-old truck owner was shot dead by an unidentified criminal near a petrol pump under the Bagodar police station limits of Giridih on Monday, police said. The deceased, Rajkumar Yadav, was a resident of Bagodardih.
Inspector Navin Kumar Singh said the perpetrator came on a bike and fired at Yadav, who was coming out of his home. Yadav was rushed to the Meena General Hospital at Dungri, where he succumbed to injuries. Yadav used to park his truck near the petrol pump and he was on his way there. Police are investigating the incident from different angles. The reason behind the incident is yet to be ascertained, police added. TNN
