Clinton’s Sock Drawer Can’t Excuse Trump’s Bathroom

Not everything is a presidential record.

In “Clinton’s Sock Drawer and Trump’s Boxes” (op-ed, June 14), Michael Bekesha of Judicial Watch seems to ignore the plain text of the Presidential Records Act. It states that the category of presidential records “does not include any documentary materials that are (i) official records of an agency. . . .”
