Bulldozer action begins in Gorakhpur against Mafia Vinod Upadhyay

After CM Yogi Adityanath vowed to end Mafia in Uttar Pradesh, ‘bulldozer action’ is in full swing. On June 17, Gorakhpur administration carried out a demolition drive at Mafia Vinod Upadhyay’s residence. Vinod Upadhyay is currently on the run and has a bounty of Rs 50,000 on his head. Notably, Vinod Upadhyay included in UP Police’s Most Wanted List in Gorakhpur zone. UP Police had said that Govt-led by CM Yogi is targeting Mafia “irrespective of caste and creed”.
