This is a Verizon unit from the US purchased last September (A+ grade refurbished). It supports a single physical SIM from any operator. I replaced the battery and back panel in Feb after purchasing the items from Lamington road, invoice for which is attached.
I would call the condition very good with signs of regular usage. Also, I applied the last Pixel 3 Android 12 update released by Google in June 2022, immediately after receiving the device in Sep and it invoked the dm-verity message on boot that is common to all Pixel devices since the Pixel 1 and also to other Android devices after applying an official update.
