​How to make a simple dal healthier (5 quick recipes)​

Oil-free dal

Ingredients: Dal of your choice, salt, turmeric, onion, tomatoes, green chillies

How to prepare?

Pressure cook all the ingredients till they are super soft. Mash the dal properly. Add coriander leaves to this and serve it hot.

Ingredients: Dal of your choice (toor dal preferably), salt, turmeric, lots of garlic, jeera, red chillies

Cook pre-soaked dal with raw jeera, garlic, salt, turmeric, red chillies. Temper it with ghee and panch phoran. Serve it hot.
