Ola electric car design patent leaked

Ola's first electric is expected to debut sometime next year.

Having launched its first electric scooter, Ola Electric is now working on its first electric car. Now, a leaked patent image gives us a first look at the exterior design of the upcoming EV.

The Ola electric car features a four-door coupe body style that is said to have a drag coefficient of less than 0.21. It has a swooping roofline with flared wheel arches at the back. It is a minimalistic design with fewer lines and clean surfaces. The front fascia looks almost bland, except for the slim LED headlights and a couple of air vents.

The Ola electric car will have assisted driving capabilities and keyless and handleless doors. It will use the brand’s MoveOS software, offering over-the-air update capability.

According to Ola Electric, its new EV will be capable of accelerating from 0-100 km/h in under 4 seconds and will offer a maximum range of over 500 km.

Ola's first electric is expected to debut sometime next year.
