Authorities in all districts have been instructed to prepare special programming in their local areas in order to uphold Harithotsavam's goal of strengthening the connection between school pupils and nature. Dobriyal emphasised the need of extensive tree planting, saying that saplings should be planted throughout each village, mandal, and district, from the village level to the state level.

In coordination with the start of the monsoon rains, he also called for the beginning and intensification of the ninth phase of Haritha Haram. State representatives who attended the meeting added that Harithotsavam would feature movies and posters showcasing Haritha Haram's accomplishments. According to directives from the chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao, saplings shall be planted extensively in all vacant locations under the irrigation department, according to telangana chief secretary Santhi Kumari on Tuesday.
