Keep up to date with all the latest transfer news, gossip and rumours from Chelsea in talkSPORT's live blog.
New Blues manager Mauricio Pochettino will have to hit the ground running once the summer window officially opens after inheriting a mess at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea finished a pitiful 12th in the Premier League - their lowest since the 1993/94 season - following a series of errors on and off the pitch.
Pochettino will be keen to bring his own players in to put his stamp on an already oversized squad but equally that may mean several high-profile stars could be on their way out.

Arsenal have emerged as early contenders to Real Madrid for Chelsea’s Kai Havertz.
Journalist Charles Watts reports the Gunners are very keen on recruiting the German international, who is effectively up for sale this summer.
Los Blancos have been heavily linked with a move for Havertz but have been put off by the Blues’ £70million valuation of a player who hasn’t quite lived up to expectations since joining Chelsea in 2020 from Bayer Leverkusen.
Watts said: “As far as I’ve been told, Kai Havertz is a player of interest to Arsenal for this summer. He is very much on the list of potential targets.”
Chelsea have announced the tragic news that club legend John Hollins has passed away at the age of 76.
Hollins played 592 games for the club and is fifth in Chelsea’s all-time appearance charts.
He was a crucial part of the Chelsea team for ten years from 1965, having first joined as a youth player.
He played for Chelsea across two spells, returning after stints with QPR and Arsenal, and collected one FA Cup, one League Cup, one European Cup Winners’ Cup and the Second Division title with the Blues.
Hollins also served as the club’s manager from 1985 until 1988 and is a Stamford Bridge icon.
Chelsea hero John Terry led the tributes on Twitter, posting: “My love and condolences are with the Hollins family.”
More now on Chelsea’s interest in Nicolas Jackson.
Fabrizio Romano reports the Blues are watching the striker, but he is one of many forwards they have on their list as they look to boost Mauricio Pochettino’s forward options.
But they aren’t alone in looking at Jackson, with other Premier League clubs, RB Leipzig and AC Milan, all keen on the 21-year-old.
Romano also claims Jackson has a 35 million Euro release clause, which works out at £29.9m.
Chelsea are set to step up their pursuit of Southampton’s Romeo Lavia now that the transfer window is open.
The Belgian impressed in his first season for the Saints and is wanted by Manchester United, Arsenal and Newcastle.
But The Athletic report the Blues are leading the chase for the former Manchester City midfielder and are preparing an offer.
But Southampton are looking for around £50million, which is way above what the west Londoners are prepared to pay.
Chelsea’s search for a new striker has seen them switch their attention to Villarreal forward Nicolas Jackson.
The Evening Standard report the Blues have held talks over a move for the 21-year-old.
Jackson scored eight goals in nine games at the end of the season and has drawn the attention of several clubs around Europe.
He is set to be available for £30million and would offer a much cheaper alternative to Victor Osimhen.
However, Bournemouth must be wondering what might have been as they had a January deal agreed only to see it fall through due to a hamstring injury.
Arsenal are lining up an offer for Chelsea midfield target Moises Caicedo as well as trying to bring Declan Rice to the Emirates.
Journalist Charlie Haffenden reports the Gunners are set to make the first move for the Ecuadorian international.
But the Blues are also expected to make an imminent offer as they look to add to Mauricio Pochettino’s midfield after missing out on Manuel Ugarte.
The Seagulls have promised Caicedo that he will be sold this summer, and they are awaiting offers from the two London clubs that are leading the race for his signature.
talkSPORT sources understand that Chelsea are prepared to sell Kalidou Kouilably to Inter Milan in an effort to sign Andre Onana.
The Blues are extremely keen on the Cameroonian and talks are set to take place between the two clubs over Romelu Lukaku’s future, and they will offer the Senegalese international to the Champions League finalists in an effort to bring Onana to Stamford Bridge.
Mauricio Pochettino is also keen on his fellow Argentine Lautaro Martinez as the west Londoners look to boost a squad that managed just 38 Premier League goals during the 2022/23 season.
The transfer window is officially open today and Chelsea are expected to be busy with incomings and outgoings.
However, one man they are determined to keep hold of is Levi Colwill.
The centre-back spent the 2022/23 Premier League campaign out on loan at Brighton and the Blues are determined to ensure he stays part of Mauricio Pochettino’s squad.
And Chelsea fan Rory Jennings want to see him remain as well.
Speaking on talkSPORT, he said: “Colwill gets in the Chelsea team.
“The best Chelsea defender last season was Colwill. Our best player at the back was Colwill.
“Thiago Silva had a good season, but Colwill was Chelsea’s best defender last year.
“We need him back at the club.”

Chelsea’s resolve could be set to be tested by Brighton once again.
As reported by the Evening Standard, the Seagulls are set to make an improved bid of £40million for Levi Colwill.
An initial £30million offer was rejected by the Blues, with the defender not for sale.
This remains to be the case as Brighton look to bring Colwill to the club on a permanent deal following his impressive loan spell this season.
Chelsea have reportedly opened talked over a deal for Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic.

Inter are looking to sign Romelu Lukaku and Kalidou Koulibaly while the Blues are keen on Andre Onana.
The two clubs are now ready to discuss transfers this week.

Responding on Twitter to a story linking him with Real Madrid, Mbappe posted: “LIES…
“At the same time, the bigger it is, the more it passes. I have already said that I will continue next season at PSG where I am very happy.”
More on Kylian Mbappe following reports Chelsea are interested in him this summer.
AFP News Agency has received a statement from the French star where he insists at no point has he ever discussed a possible contract extension with PSG.
“Kylian Mbappe tells AFP he never discussed extending his contract with Paris Saint-Germain beyond next year,” a post from the agency reads.

Chelsea defender Levi Colwill has been pictured training with England’s senior ranks today.
The 20-year-old has been part of Lee Carsley’s squad for the upcoming U21 Euro finals but has this week joined full team for training.
Chelsea are reportedly among the clubs interested in Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe.
Mbappe does not want to extend his contract beyond 2024 while PSG are reluctant to let him leave for free.
That has alerted several top clubs to the prospect of signing Mbappe this summer.
The Times claim Real Madrid remain favourites but Chelsea and Manchester City have registered their interest and Manchester United are also keen.
They add that PSG would only look to agree a deal that would guarantee them a free this summer but would also let them keep Mbappe for another season.
Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku is the latest big-name attracting interest from Saudi Arabia, talkSPORT understands.
Blues owner Todd Boehly is trying to facilitate a move for Chelsea’s former record signing to Al Hilal to remove him from the wage bill.
Chelsea also have talks scheduled with Inter Milan, where Lukaku spent the season on loan.
Lukaku is Chelsea’s highest-paid player.
Mykhailo Mudryk is reportedly so desperate to impress new Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino that he is willing to play for Ukraine’s Under-21 side at the European Championships.
The Telegraph claim Mudryk is ready to represent his country this summer in an effort to build-up his fitness ahead of pre-season.
Chelsea are understood to have backed the £88.5million winger’s decision to represent Ukraine’s Under-21.
Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has previously hailed Kylian Mbappe with the pair working together at Paris Saint-Germain.
Pochettino, speaking in November to Gazzetta dello Sport: “Mbappe is younger [than Neymar and Messi] and still immature.
“He is an animal; he has great charisma but he still needs to find himself. Leo and Ney are total players, they are more responsible although in different ways, while Kylian keeps looking for himself.
“It is difficult for him to distinguish the moments of the game when he has to take a risk and when he should not. He does not enjoy association with his teammates unless he’s in the defensive third of the pitch, because he needs space to make the most of his strengths.”
Jamie Carragher has urged Manchester United to sign Declan Rice over Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount.
“Mason Mount an upgrade on Eriksen in terms of where he plays,” Carragher told Metro.
2But going back to Declan Rice, United are one of the few teams at the top who don’t play 4-3-3, it’s usually two midfielders with Bruno Fernandes.
“Declan Rice and Mason Mount, they are very different players and it shouldn’t be one or the other but when you look at what Manchester United have got right now, I actually think Declan Rice would be a better fit for them. A lot more expensive of course.
“I do think he [Mount] is a good player and I like him, I wanted Liverpool to get him. Lots of coaches have picked him and like him. There is already a good player in there but Declan Rice would suit United more than Mason Mount in terms of how they set up.”

This means that the club have to make a decision on cashing in this summer or letting him leave for free at the end of the next season.
Reports in France have claimed should PSG be forced to let Mbappe leave now then they will priotise any club over Real Madrid following the dispute between the two teams over the forward’s signature last year.
And Football.London have claimed that Chelsea are sure to be in the mix of teams competing to sign him.
But the report adds that the Blues also have a strained relationship with the Parisiens, which reared its head over the botched exit of Hakim Ziyech in January and flared up again over the doomed pursuit of Manuel Ugarte.
