After a gap of four years, Kanpur Badminton Association will be organizing the state-level event to be played in five groups-- boys and girls, single and doubles and mixed doubles.
Gajendra Rai of Azamgarh will be the chief referee and Ravi Dixit, international badminton referee and ten other referees will conduct the event.
