Man in Ahmedabad attacks son for not giving money

AHMEDABAD: A 19-year-old man from Bodakdev filed a complaint against his father on Monday, alleging that he attacked him over a dispute relating to money on Sunday night.
Abhishek Prajapati, a resident of Sant Kabeer Apartments in Bodakdev, in his FIR at Bodakdev police station said he works as a serviceman for an AC and geyser repair company based in Dehgam.
On Sunday night, when Abhishek was home, his father, Roshan Prajapati, 50, rushed to him and asked him why he did not give him money in May.
Abhishek responded saying he was not well in May and could not work much, due to which he could not earn enough.
This enraged Roshan, who picked up the starter handle of an autorickshaw that was in the house and hit Abhishek with it.
Roshan hit Abhishek on his head and legs, injuring him severely. Abhishek filed a complaint for causing grievous hurt, using abusive words and criminal intimidation against his father.
