Nigerian held for smuggling heroin in Delhi

Gurgaon: A Nigerian man was arrested from Dwarka in connection with heroin smuggling on June 11.
Police spokesperson Subhash Boken said, “On June 10, Farrukhnagar police arrested two persons identified as Lalit and Rohit from the KMP expressway with 14.44 grams of heroin. Police took their one day remand and they revealed their supplier’s name.”
The accused has been identified as Fareed alias Johnrathon (40). Boken said that the matter is being investigated further.
An FIR has been registered under relevant sections of the NDPS Act against the accused at the Farrukhnagar police station.
