Missing woman’s body found in well

Prayagraj: Body of a missing woman was recovered from a well near Bajti village under the limits of Saraymamrez police station here on Monday.
The deceased-- Rajna Prajapati (20) of Bajti village—had gone missing under mysterious circumstances on June 8 when she had gone for grazing buffaloes in the village.
Following the incident, a missing complaint was lodged with police station concerned. On Monday, some villagers spotted the body floating inside a well and informed the police. Upon being alerted, a team of police rushed to the spot and sent the body for postmortem. Police said investigations are on.
