Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD/CIR/P/2020/12 dated January 22, 2020, Trading Members are hereby informed that the below mentioned scrips will be transferred to ‘Z’ / ‘ZP’/ ‘ZY’ group with effect from June 26,2023, due to non-compliances for two consecutive quarters i.e. December 2022 & March 2023 for the Regulation 31 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In case the aforesaid company fails to comply on or before June 21,2023; then, scrips will be transferred to ‘Z’ / ‘ZP’/ ‘ZY’ group w.e.f June 26,2023, due to non-compliances for two consecutive quarters i.e. December 2022 & March 2023 for the Regulation 31 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

It may be noted that the following companies are also non-compliant for Regulation 31 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for two consecutive quarters i.e. December 2022 & March 2023 however these companies are already in the ‘Z’ / ‘ZP’ / ‘ZY’ group.

*The company is included in the notice due to non-compliant at NSE

The trades in these scrips executed in ‘Z / ZP / ZY’ group will be settled on Trade for Trade basis.
