Co-operators across the country are actively registering themselves for becoming a part of the 17th Indian Cooperative Congress, as a result the registration for the event is oversubscribed.
The Co-op Congress is important in many ways because Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate it and it is being organized at the convention center at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
The NCUI is leaving no stone unturned in making the event successful and it is making foolproof preparations. The hall capacity is around 3,000 but NCUI booked another hall at the convention centre for live telecasting the event on big screens if seats get full.
Several meetings are going on at the NCUI headquarters and a minute-to-minute program is being finalised.
