Many Raj dists to get dust storms, rainfall

Jaipur: Cyclone Biparjoy is going to cause heavy dust storms and rainfall in Jodhpur and Udaipur divisions on Thursday and impact other parts on Friday, said the Jaipur Met office on Monday. A yellow alert has been issued for the two divisions for Thursday and Friday. High-velocity winds up to 65 km/hour are expected during these two days. “The cyclone will bring heavy storms and rainfall in Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Barmer, Jalore, Udaipur, Banswara, Dungarpur and Chittorgarh on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday, it will cause storms and rainfall in Ajmer, Bhilwara, Tonk, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Barmer, Jalore, Udaipur, Banswara, Dungarpur and Chittorgarh,” said Radhey Shyam Sharma, director of Jaipur Met office. tnn
