Speaking to reporters, Sravani, the scientist of HyderabadMeteorological Centre said, "Thundershowers are going on in entireTelangana.
Seeing that there is a trough present in South Chhattisgarh.For the last 24 hours, the southwesterly and northwesterly winds areprevailing in the entire state. It is going to prevail for the next 24hours, especially in the northern part of the state. In the Southernpart, the westerlies are prevailing."
She said that heatwave conditions are expected to prevail in theBhadradri Kothagudem and Khammam districts in Telangana. "The heat wave conditions are also expected in Jayashankar Bhupalpally,Mulugu, Medak, Adilabad, Nirmal, Hanumakonda, Bhadradri Kothagudem andKhammam because the temperatures are rising continuously," she said.

Ukraine claims recapture of seven villages from Russian forces in past week

Uttarakhand: Section 144 imposed in Roorkee village after locals clash with police
- Nearly half a dozenpolice personnel were injured during a clash that broke out at Belravillage in Uttarakhand's Roorkee on Monday evening, over an allegedmurder of a person there.
- The incident prompted district administration authorities to issueprohibitory orders under Cr PC Section 144 and deploy security forces inthe entire village area to bring the situation under control. Some miscreants allegedly pelted stones at the police teams, leavingnearly half a dozen personnel injured.
