Marketing-tech Startup Wondrlab Acquires 51% Stake In Cymetrix

Cymetrix founders Sandip Chintawar and Prakash Kolhe will continue to lead the company into its next phase of growth and geographic expansion

Wondrlab, a marketing technology startup, has purchased a 51 per cent stake in Cymetrix, a renowned Salesforce consulting and data analytics firm with offices in the United States and India. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition, according to Wondrlab, would help it expand its customer transformation and technological capabilities. Cymetrix employs nearly 200 trained specialists.

Cymetrix is Wondrlab's fourth purchase since its inception in late 2020. Other purchases include influencer marketing platform Opportune, performance marketing agency Neon, and creative agency What's Your Problem (WYP).
