Iron pillar collapses: claims life of 24-Year-old model at Noida fashion runway

PremiumA 24-year-old model named Vanshika Chopra lost her life when an iron pillar collapsed onto the fashion runway in Noida. The unfortunate accident occurred at Laxmi Studio in Sector 16A of Film City.
According to authorities, the iron pillar, which was set up for lighting purposes, unexpectedly fell onto the stage, instantly claiming the life of the young model. Another individual named Bobby Raj was also injured in the incident and is currently receiving medical treatment at a local hospital.
Law enforcement officials have taken swift action in response to the tragedy. The fashion show organizer, along with four others involved in the lighting work, has been arrested, as confirmed by Mohan Awasthi, Additional DCP of Noida. It has been revealed that no permission was obtained for the fashion show.
Furthermore, the family members of Vamshika have been notified about her unfortunate demise. Her body has been sent for post-mortem examination.
