In welcoming key leaders who joined the BRS from other political parties in madhya pradesh and Maharashtra, he stated that a qualitative shift in the political landscape was urgently needed in the nation. He claimed that the election commission had failed to stop such groups from pursuing their risky objective, clearly making reference to the bharatiya janata party for its sectarian agenda and the congress for its deceptive promises. Only with the coming together of the people and intellectuals with a purpose to achieve this could the required reforms be brought about.

India needs change, therefore intellectuals ought to consider this. According to the desires of the populace, the intellectuals should unite, he said, adding that "dil wale" and "dimakh wale" ought to work together. He emphasized that the nation was blessed with a wealth of natural resources, including water, land, coal reserves, and a pleasant environment. Despite this, it was distressing to see that farmers were still taking their own lives in the nation. This was brought on by the Center's rulers' lack of concentration. Over the course of India's 75 years as an independent nation, all communities, including Dalits and Bahujans, experienced injustice.

Changing political parties, in his opinion, was not an option. In the event that one party lost, another would take its place. It was merely a name change. The names of those in charge would alter. He made it plain that it was the role of the people to create governments that could bring about change in the way things worked, but that nothing would change in the fortunes of the people.

Chandrashekhar Rao reiterated the BRS's pledge to provide India's citizens with 24-hour electricity if it were to win the national election in two years. He also stated the BRS was on a mission to transform India.

The chief minister described programmes like Dalit Bandhu, Rythu Bandhu, Rythu Bima, free electricity for farmers, and the pension programmes being implemented in telangana while pointing out that the state was celebrating the 20th anniversary of telangana Formation Day. He stated that the Centre should be questioned on this since if things could be successfully implemented in telangana, why weren't they being executed in Madhya Pradesh.

We must handle our own difficulties without waiting on others, he continued.
