Man watches woman taking bath, nabbed

BENGALURU: A 23-year-old man was arrested for allegedly peeping through a window of his neighbour's house to watch a woman taking bath on Friday. The accused is Nitin N, a private firm employee. Police registered a sexual harassment case against him based on a complaint filed by Vinutha (name changed), 38, a homemaker.
Vinutha told police she had completed her house chores and gone to the washroom at 1.35pm. She noticed someone peeping through the window and screamed for help.
The suspect managed to escape but she told police it was her neighbour Nithin. She later went to Nithin's residence along with her brother-in-law and others to question him. He is said to have confessed to his crime after they beat him black and blue.
