Corruption posters on Hatkeshwar flyover

AHMEDABAD: Congress councillors in the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation staged a protest over the Hatkeshwar flyover scandal on Saturday, and put up posters on the flyover saying "Hatkeshwar flyover is the example of AMC's corruption".
"The Hatkeshwar flyover fiasco is an illustration of the AMC's corruption. AMC has already lodged a police complaint against the contractor Ajay Engineering Infrastructure Ltd and it has been decided to bring down the shoddily built bridge. However, the AMC has not started the demolition of the bridge and the monsoon season is just around the corner. It is unclear whether the AMC wants to keep this monument of corruption or wants to demolish it," said Shehzad Pathan, the leader of opposition in AMC and councillor from Danilimda.
