Man duped of ₹1.5cr in property deal
Nagpur: Vijay Memon was duped to the tune of ₹1.50 crore by one Mohan Deshpande on the pretext of selling him an apartment in a newly built complex.
Deshpande had also entered into a memorandum of understanding with Memon but he did not completed the agreement to sale.
Memon had also mortgaged the property after transferring the amount. Later, Deshpande had sold the apartment to another buyer for ₹1.20 crore without informing Memon who later had approached the cops to register an offence at Ambazari police station. TNN
