I am planning to buy a cabinet from them. Though they sell on Amazon too (I think they are the same seller) and have 86% positive feedback from 346 reviews but one can never be sure when purchasing directly on vendor's site. Also, there returns/replacement policy isn't clearly worded like on...

I mean if you look at the results on the web, there are instances where some people had positive experience, some placed an order but their order wasn't processed until few weeks. Most of them mentioned that they did respond to the queries but not with a very clear approach most of the time but still they got their product after waiting for weeks.
Yesterday I looked at a cabinet which was out of stock everywhere else but was available here with a decent price on it. Contacted them through the whatsapp no. given on the website to inquire more about the cabinet. The guy replied with I'll get back to you after checking and has since not replied.
So, basically it's a mixed bag. Also, the general rule of the thumb would be that if the price seems too good to be true then you should avoid.
