The PGA Tour’s Antitrust Problem Isn’t Going Away With LIV Merger

The policy wonks who specialize in antitrust law rarely agree. But immediately after the shock agreement for the PGA Tour and LIV Golf’s Saudi backers to merge, they were unanimous: Justice Department scrutiny of the deal is all but certain.
