A shooting in the 1000 block of Windsor Street in Reading left one man injured, according to city police.
The shooting stemmed from an altercation between two men, police said.
Patrol officers responded to the scene at about 12:06 p.m. and, after a short time, were able to locate and arrest the suspect without incident.
The victim is being treated at Reading Hospital for a non-life-threatening single gunshot wound.
At this time, there is no ongoing threat to public safety, police said.
