2 held for killing 15-year-old boy

Kanpur: The police have arrested two persons in connection with the murder of a 15-year-old boy, who was shot dead on June 5. Six teams were constituted for a breakthrough. The case pertains to Gwaltoli police station area of the Commissionerate. Deceased -Satyam Pandey was a resident of the Rani Ghat area and he had indulged into a fight with local hoodlums identified as Ayush (15) and Rohit Singh (28). Investigation revealed that Ayush and Rohit had a fight with Satyam over supremacy in the area. “During questioning, the accused revealed that Satyam had a fight with them a few days ago. “At that time they did not say anything, but later they killed him to establish supremacy in the area. Police raids and searches have started to nab other accused. They will also be in the police net soon,” Joint Commissioner of Police Anand Prakash Tiwari said.
