Moroccan Spiced Chicken Kebab Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Method of Preparation: –
1.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
2.Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss gently to coat with the marinade.
3.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
4.Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
5.Skewer the marinated chicken cubes.
6.Grill the chicken kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the chicken is cooked through and lightly charred.
7.Remove the chicken kebabs from the grill and let them cool for a few minutes.

Serve the Moroccan spiced chicken kebabs immediately, garnished with fresh cilantro and lemon wedges if desired.
