For buyers looking for their own private island and luxury living, an island in Palm Beach, Florida, has hit the market offering just that.

The property, 10 Tarpon Isle, is listed for $218 million. If it gets its asking price, it would be the most expensive home sold in Florida.

Developer Todd Michael Glaser purchased the little over 2-acre private island in 2021 with his partners for about $85 million, adding the mansion to the property and revamping the already existing house on the property into a guest house.

It is the only private island in Palm Beach, offering potential buyers great views of the water.

The home itself has 11 bedrooms, a library with hardwood floors, and an entertainment room with a fireplace and movie lounge, among other amenities.

A home gym on site features a weight room and cardio room, and an indoor spa boasts a massage room, hair salon, and sauna.

There are two boat docks with lifts on site and a five car garage.

The home that had the previous title for the most expensive home in Florida was a Miami Beach compound that sold for $170 million, consisting of a 125,000-square-foot estate.

The listing for the island is held by Christian J Angle of Christian J Angle Real Estate.
