Jarrod Bowen shoves West Ham fan and tells him to ‘leave’ after supporter launches into Dani Dyer chant during interview
Jarrod Bowen shoved a West Ham supporter and told them to 'leave' as the fan tried to gatecrash his post-match interview.
The forward was the hero as he netted the winning goal to secure the Europa Conference League crown with a 2-1 win over Fiorentina in Prague.
As well as being a hit on the pitch, Bowen is popular in the stands due to his relationship with Love Island star Dani Dyer, the daughter of actor and die-hard West Ham fan Danny Dyer.
However, when the fan started to sing the rude song about his relationship with his girlfriend he shares two children with, the 26-year-old planted a firm hand on his chest and told the supporter to 'leave'.
That didn't ruin his celebrations though, with Bowen telling BT Sport: "I obviously dreamed of scoring but to score the winner in the last minute.
"It's what you always say you want to do. To do it in front of these fans. I thought I was going to cry. I'm just happy.
"We had a dream, we haven't had the best season, myself included, but to give these fans this moment, I'm over the moon.
"I think in my position you make that run ten times you might get that ball once. As soon as you get it you've got to put it away.
"Never [have I felt like this in my life]. This is the biggest game of my career. The emotion, there was time for one more chance. I'm just so happy.
"I'm over the moon. I'm thinking of the party tonight. Listen to it [the crowd]. Listen."
