So apparently Steam has a gifting restriction. So if for some reason I can't gift you the games I can give you some Rust Skins which you can sell on the Steam marketplace and get Steam wallet balance.

Sorry if not on topic but just trying to understand as there are multiple people coming up with this and there is genuine delivery. But i don't understand motivation.

Reason mentioned on May 15 was

Why balance increased ?
I guess there is some way in which people are adding balance to steam at a discount > 15% ?? Otherwise why would you add back after having almost emptied your balance ?
Anyway, good to get 15% off.

I'm actively selling my skins. after I did the initial 9k i waited a few to get a decent bit of balance before I bumped my post again.

Unfortunately no I'm selling Rust skins
Sold one game worth 449 to @Tracer_Bullet
and steam wallet balance worth 2000.
the deal was done yesterday but waited until the buyer got the balance in his wallet.

yes bought a game and got it immediately, then asked if possible to sell items to get steam balance and did that deal too. First buy for me here.
